Photographers may contact us here https://rocktherockmalta.com/contact/ to request a media pass. Accreditation will not be granted without the purchase of a ticket for the festival, so please don’t ask. Rules may apply to photography of certain bands (you will be notified in advance).
Children of all ages are welcome to attend the festival as long as they are accompanied by a parent/ guardian. Children under 10 will be allowed free access to the stage area when accompanied by a parent / guardian with a valid ticket.
BBQs / Fires
No BBQs or open fires are allowed anywhere on the festival or camping grounds.
A beer garden will be provided for everyone to relax in the shade with some cold drinks, and enjoy the attractions. There are also several picnic benches located in shaded areas throughout the festival grounds.
Bottles / Glass
No glass bottles are allowed anywhere on the festival or camping grounds
General camping ticket is charged at 25 euros for a weekend pass (this may be included depending on the type of ticket you purchased). VIP Camping is charged at 50 euros for a weekend pass, and includes your tent (sleeps 3), mattress and cushions / pillows + additional perks and goodies.
Dogs / Animals
Dogs or other animals will not be allowed on the festival site for their own safety and the safety of festival goers.
Earplugs will be available at the entrance point on request (until stocks last).
First Aid / Medical Assistance
Trained medical staff and ambulance will be available on site for the entire duration of the festival.
Food & Drinks
Food and drinks may be purchased from our vendors located in all areas of the festival grounds. All drinks will provided in branded cups. A token system will be in operation for most purchases. External drinks are allowed in the camping area (no bottles). No cans or bottles will be allowed in the festival area.
Please place all garbage in the bins provided. We want to keep the park clean to avoid any complications with future editions of the festival in the same area.
Gates will open at 17:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Anyone with a camping wristband is free to enter or leave the festival grounds as they wish from 17:00 on Friday.
The festival is located between the BOV Adventure Park and MFCC concert venue in Ta’Qali National Park. Geo co-ordinates 35.896760, 14.418392
Lost and Found
Any lost or found items should be given to our ticketing staff at the festival entrance.
Secure parking is available next to the festival area against a charge of €3.50 per day. Weekend ticket holders will receive a free parking pass for all 3 days.
Racism, hate-speech or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from the festival grounds.
Will be available according to demand
Weekend ticket holders will get the opportunity to have a meet and greet with all the artists which will serve as a signing session.
All belongings are the sole responsibility of the festival goer.

A token system will be in place for most purchases during the duration of the festival. Tokens can be purchased in multiples of 5 euros, with several ‘collectors’ tokens also available.
Weapons / Violence
All persons entering the festival grounds are subject to a security check. Discovery of any weapons will result in being banned from the festival. Similarly, any violence will be dealt with by security on site and may result in a ban from the festival grounds.
Wristbands will be issued at the entrance and ticketing area in exchange for a valid festival ticket. Wristband must be shown to security and festival staff to gain entrance to the stage and camping areas. A broken wristband will become void – please do not take it off for the duration of the festival, as we cannot issue another wristband without a new ticket.
Disabled / Wheelchair Accessibility
All areas are accessible with a wheelchair, though one is to keep in mind that the terrain is not smooth.
A food court will be available on site and will open during Festival hours. The types of food to be present are to be confirmed.
Cash machine / atm
The only ATM machine that will be available will be the APS machine in Ta Qali. Additional ATM machines can be found in the town of Attard
There will be toilets available all around the Festival areas.
Showers will be available only to camping patrons. These may be found within the designated camping area
All flying drones will be banned at the festival, unless previously agreed upon with the Promoter.
A merchandise stand dedicated to foreign artists will be present at the festival. There will also be promotional stands for any other local promoter or band who wishes to sell their merchandise on site.
